Protecting your personal data matters to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian TKG 2021). This policy informs you about the key aspects of data processing on this website (operon.solutions) and in our software platform.

3. Website hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit it, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type) are processed in server logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses is in place with Vercel.

4. Waitlist and contact

If you join our waitlist or contact us, we process your e-mail address and the details you provide in order to handle your request or inform you about the product launch. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by e-mail; your data will then be deleted. Your data is not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes. Our e-mails (e.g. the confirmation of your sign-up) are sent via Resend (Resend, Inc., USA); for this purpose the e-mail address and dispatch data are processed and automatically deleted after 30 days. A data processing agreement based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses is in place with Resend.

5. Application data and database

The data of the software platform is stored with Supabase in the EU region (Frankfurt am Main, Germany). A data processing agreement is in place with Supabase.

9. Cookies and web analytics

This website does not use cookies for advertising purposes. For reach measurement we use Vercel Analytics (cookieless); no personal profiles are created.

10. Retention period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.

11. Your rights

You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. To exercise them, contact info@operon.solutions. Complaints may be addressed to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
